MAVERICK’S is proudly owned by Steve and Geoff, a father and son team dedicated to preparing food that tastes like a backyard BBQ, but better! Steve and Geoff took over the restaurant on October 4, 2004 and have made Maverick’s Simi Valley’s best steak house. With Geoff’s strong roots in the restaurant industry and Steve’s experience in marketing, the two make a great team. Steve and Geoff believe in service above self, thus are committed to keeping Maverick’s quality and service at high standards. In addition to growing Maverick’s, they are very active in the community with many prominent groups, foundations, organizations and the local schools.
